David has been designing and drafting homes for over 30 years. Earning his drafting certificate and moving from small firms to larger production builders, he is able to listen to all needs and wants from each client. His thoughtful, detailed approach marries practical living ideas with aesthetics and craftmanship.  His work on many homes from concept through completion, in design and construction allows a unique perspective to give clients what they are looking for.  Throughout his career, he expanded his services to include energy audits, and continues to acquire additional certifications in the construction industry.
